Ah - I save a bit of freezer space for the seasonal stuff I won't be able to find or everyday stuff reduced because the shops have been closed for two days lol :T2022 | Back to the fold - need a Money Saving mojo reboot!

I did pick up a half price goose in Tesco which has gone in the freezer ready for Easter. By the time we get there I hope it will be the last thing to be eaten - it's full to the gunnels and in dire need of defrosting.
Yay - just reached my thousandth post :j:TIf you think you are too small to make a difference, try getting in bed with a mosquito!

Our best find was the Coop £10 festive meal deal - stuffed turkey breast, roast potatoes, parsnips, brussels, yorkshires and a huge vienetta - for £5.
Turkey served 4-6, but my OH has a huge appetite so it'll be 4 for us. But still, a 2 course meal for £1.25 with minimal work isn't bad.0 -
The Redmere Farm bag of sprouts were usual price (70p) in a different Tesco this morning, even though they were dated today and the Redmere potatoes are back at the usual price of £1.29, they'd been 39p in the run up to Christmas.
I've no need of carrots, sprouts, parsnips or caulis for at least a year, all down to 10p in my tesco
I also got in spuds (as the sack I was promised hasn't shown - 39p a bag)
Also got numerous stuffings at 25p and a cooked ham reduced from £18 to £3
Actually done pretty badly this year compared to previous years. Usually get a lot of lamb and beef, yet this year they all had long life dates
There were lots of reductions on chocolates and biscuits yet didn't spot any Christmas cards nor crackers
Even M&S had sod all in the way of their silly gadget stuff of which there's usually tons of. My M&S had two outer space of wrapping paper and a stand of single cards and a pile of kids books on sale
Perhaps they send everything back for online selling now0 -
Boxes of Family Circle biscuits with a bb date of Nov 2017 for 90p in Sainsbury's.
