Capital One 'Partial Settlement'?

Hey,

So, I got into a bit of trouble back in 2012 and ended up signing up to a Scottish Trust Deed which I actually cleared in full last summer (early - after I got an inheritance).

I've been trying to tidy up my credit file and get the organisations with debts that were covered by the Trust deed to update my file to show that it's been settled. One of the companies I contacted back in Jan 2016, and then again in June 2016 when they didn't respond was Capital One because I noticed on my Equifax credit file should the credit card debt as still defaulted. They then responded and checking Clearscore now (which uses Equifax data) doesn't show anything from Capital One.

For some reason, I never managed to sign up to Experian - I think I had one of their 30 day trials back in the early 2000's and since then it would never let me sign up again (even to sign up and pay for it).

Anyway, now that they've launched their 'CreditMatcher' service, I've finally managed to get a look at my Experian credit file - and it's still showing the Capital One credit card on their as 'Defaulted - Partial Settlement - Outstanding Balance £0' start date 01-12-2015.

Do I need to contact Capital One again (for a 3rd time) to get them to update this or is that correct and I just have to wait for this to 'fall off' my credit file after 6 years? And would that be 6 years after I signed the trust deed (so back in 2013) or 6 years from when it was settled (01-12-2021?).
