The raisins will mean they're not a dentally healthy snacks.
I'm not 100% sure about Ready Brek either. There is 'no added sugar' but the ingredients give it as 8% sugar. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
I make those quite often, just mash a banana and some oats together with my hands and bake. They're lovely and gooey and a great way to use up over ripe fruit but I wouldn't necessarily say they're 'healthier' than any other cookie. They are slightly higher in fibre but the calories and sugar are about the same as any cookie.0

Is there a substitute you'd recommend? I want to look after my teeth more! I've already started with eating a piece of hard cheese after lunch and dinner

The general advice I give (and other dentists) is that the teeth can stand 3-4 sugary attacks a day.
So - don't worry about what you have at mealtimes. Ready Brek, being a breakfast, shouldn't really be worried about when used in its proper place.
But - using it to make cookies - a between-meal snack - is more worrying.
Check very thoroughly anything you eat, or give to your kids to eat ( or drink), as between meal snacks. Better still, try and cut out snacks between meals completely, and only have milk or water to drink in between. How to find a dentist.

The whole point of cookies (or, as we say in English, biscuits...) is that they are a sweet treat. So making 'healthy' ones is a contradiction in terms. Just eat fewer. No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0
