You have my sympathy that things haven't gone your way, but it's impossible for anyone to comment on whether an injustice has been done as we have no information.0

If you really think the tribunal ignored your evidence you can make a complaint by starting at the link below, but you need to be careful about making accusations of bias and corruption unless you have the evidence to back that up (not just that you lost your case) or you could find yourself in court on the wrong side.

Very risky representing yourself, friend repp'ed himself and won but thats because representing in those situations was his job.
IMO just move on, waste no more time on it.0 -

However, if you had o.d, no doubt they would have been incisive and grasped all the pertinent facts quickly.
Sometimes employers win, sometimes employees win. It's very difficult to have a clear and accurate overview of the case when you are involved personally.0 -
You may believe that your evidence should have persuaded the tribunal, but from experience, much evidence from claimants in tribunals is irrelevant or unconvincing.
The best thing you can do is put this behind you and get on with your lifeIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Tribunals tend to side with the minnow if there is doubt, that's why employers hate them. The panel is made up of three for a reason, one has legal training, one from the management side, one from a trade union background. Would be unusual for the three of them to agree to be biassed against someone they don't know.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0

Or maybe they side with whoever can afford legal representation over unrepresented claimants. I think it is awful that people like me who are in low paid jobs with a low level education are expected to represent yourself against barristers at tribunal. Surely there should be help for people in these situations. Just doesn't seem fair on any level. In my opinion it would be better if they could make the process much faster so that at least you aren't spending years dwelling on something as this makes it much harder to just forget about it and just move on. I am going to ask for a review and see what happens.0
