Try contacting them on their email newsletter - [email protected] - just tell them you applied for free seeds but they haven't arrived

I emailed them about the problems mentioned in this thread (as I say I got mine - no problem) - got a reply that they have recently been made aware by the dispatch company that a parcel of envelopes went missing!! They say they are re-sending these - so keep a look out.
