There are several at Argos priced from £20ish:-

Try freecycle or ebay and search by location.
The little tykes ones are so robust they are as good as new.
I have one myself to sell so I know.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -
As above post, there are some really cheap ones on ebay but they are mainly collect only, do you have friends/family around the country who could pick up for you so you can spread your net wide?
I'm looking for one myself for DD's wendyhouse but don't have a car which is making it quite difficultMFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £587740 -
Try a car boot sale - shouldn't cost more than £2 and your 2 year old won't know it's not new. Lots of good quality toys are sold at boot sales and you can see exactly what you're getting rather than from Ebay or Freecycle.0

Try your free ads and look out for garage sales locally. It's so hard to get rid of bigger toys. I gave my DD dolls houses (Little Tykes and Fisher Price) to her Primary school as I thought for what I would sell them I would rather see lots of children get enjoyment out of them for years. don't see the point in selling them at a car boot sale as I think it's an insult when people offer you £2 for a well looked after toy that costs over £50 new.
Garage sales do much better in my experience as people can see the home they came from - so important with toys that children will put their mouths!! You might have to pay a few pound more but it will still be a huge saving on new and not many people have the front to put tat in their garage sale as they have an image to protect and you know where they live.
For new - check out Woolies. This one is £30 but I've seen some in store in previous years in pre-xmas 1/2 price sales for about £20.~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)
