London Euston to Brentford

I am wishing to travel to Brentford in the new year.
The Train split is giving me:
from Coventry to London mainline stations
then London Mainline stations to Brentford (Not including tube)
Can I use my ticket to use the Tube without using Oyster(Chip & PIN)?
Will I need to buy an Oyster(Use my Chip & Pin)in addition?
Or should I just buy to Lond Eust and then use Oyster(Chip & Pin) to Brentford?
