annual RPI for 2007

Our annual pay increase at work is due to kick in from 1st October. We will be receiving a 3% increase (or RPI, whichever is the greater). I'm led to believe the annual RPI this year is greater than 3%, but what is it actually riding at? Ive researched online and I think RPI is at 4.1% Am I correct?

4.1% is August figure (ie this august compared to last august). Work may use a different one (eg April to match the financial year or the same one as your payrise is due or even the average over the whole year) or indeed the RPIx(excludes mortgage interest) & is currently 2.7%
