Not much left in my local store, but I did get a Gro-bag reduced from £34 to £3.40 and 2 Fat Face candles.

Well done on the gro-bag :T

There were loads of wood wick candles in my store but they had been stickered over with different prices!
Not sure though which were the Xmas stock?
70% signs still up this morning but only loads of the £40 17 make up sets so didn't bother.

    Hi,

Could you let me know which store this is please?
  • Remington PRO-Ceramic Titanium hair straightener gift set is in the 90% off sale instore, down to £8.99 (was £89.99). They had some in the Meadowhall store but not marked up as discounted, just tucked in the corner near the photo section.

My local still had a fair bit of wrap left today but I can live without it, lol...

I did pick up another Fat Face candle today, the one in the jar this time, must've found it in the warehouse as wasn't there other day, nice for a quid but never in a million years was it worth a tenner!!

Worth checking out on the regular clearance section, I picked up a few bargains from there today too.

Possibly someone which brought it back perhaps?

Well that seems to be the madness over for another year. We'll all declare we're not going to do it again next year....so I look forward to seeing everyone on the 2017 sale thread :rotfl:

I'm quite pleased with my stash, mainly from the 50% sale but they were still carefully chosen gifts for the recipients. I've actually got quite a lot of my 2017 Christmas shopping done already now but sure I'll still be rushing about last min for remaining gifts. Would love a couple od woodwick candles at 90% off for myself as a treat but got a couple at 70% for gifts so happy there (£18 for a candle originally?! !!!!!!) quite a few at full price and more on fleabay, with ones being sold...I coidl join them and make a profit, but that's not in the spirit of the sale, and is then have more gifts to stress over later in the year anyway.

See you all in December xx

    Yep... That's all folks!!

My lesson learnt for from year is that I can't risk waiting for Orla Kiely at 50% off let alone 70% off if they have the range again in 2017 it's back to 3 for 2 for me; the two items I really wanted are going for way above the original selling price on Ebay! Sigh....

I've got a good stash of presents for Birthdays throughout the year and next Christmas too aswell as a fair few treats for myself!

Not been lucky enough to find any Woodwick candles at a decent price; oh well...
  • I've been into Boots in St. Helens today and there were a few Jack Wills stationery sets left (down to £1.40 from £14). They have a notebook and a wooden stamping set of the alphabet with an ink pad. My son loves anything to write in and I think he'll enjoy the stamping as well, so I bought one for him. I also bought one for Brownies as it is the cheapest way I have seen for alphabet stamps. We won't use them often, but certainly enough to justify the low cost. I might even go back for another set tomorrow.

I'm sure Poundland do these in the craft section.
