THE PRIZE

1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, Paradise Beach Nevis, Western & Oriental and their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.

1. There will be one overall prize for one winner plus guest. The prize consists of return flights from London Gatwick to St Kitts, transfers from St Kitts to Nevis, seven nights accommodation in a three bedroom villa plus two spa treatments (one per guest) and breakfast provision’s in the villa’s fridge.

1. The maximum total prize value is £10,000 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.

1. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and both require 14 days advance booking and are subject to availability. The prize winner trip must be taken between 30 April and 31 October 2016. Travel must be booked by 30 May 2017. Travel not permitted during the school half term, Easter and summer holidays.

1. Prize travel is subject to Western & Oriental’s General Conditions of Carriage. The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue British Airways frequent flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or British Airways frequent flyer points.

1. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, Western & Oriental and Paradise Beach Nevis make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.

1. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.

1. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet and Western & Oriental and Paradise Beach Nevis will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.

1. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.

1. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from the UK departure airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food are not included in the prize and will need to be settled on departure from the hotel

1. The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.

1. There is no cash alternative.
