    I ordered this a few days ago (at the reduced price) to be sent to a friend. When I saw the contents I would probably not have ordered it at £35! No feedback yet as I can see it was delivered to the local Post Office as she was out!

    I am sorry, I did not intend that to be mean spirited, it was just an observation. The thought occurred to me that if someone receives a present which is not entirely to their liking they are not going to say so. The gracious thing to do would be accept with a smile and say thank you. It would be very mean to do otherwise. I wouldn't dream of telling someone their gift was not very good.

    I'm glad they liked it, a hamper from Waitrose is something most would appreciate. Hampers are never really about the cost of the individual components, it is the overall package and perhaps getting the little treats that you would not normally buy for yourself.
