Best way to tackle these?

I've just checked my credit report after two years of burying my head in the sand due to being in hospital almost constantly so my debts were the furthest things from my mind.
Now that the new year is upon us I'm hoping to straighten these out and was wondering if there's any way to get the amounts lowered?
I have £8000 worth of debt combined and a CCJ. If anyone has any advice regarding the CCJ too that would be great in terms of the best way to deal with it.
I'm currently out of work but now that I've made a full recovery I'll be setting back up as self employed in the new year.
Not really sure what advice I'm looking for but just hoping anyone has a positive input for me as I don't know where to start

Hi,
What is the current situation with the CCJ ?
Is the creditor in contact with you ?
It's possible a debt management plan may be useful to you, but I would wait until you have money coming in before you do anything.
The CCJ should be treated as a priority debt though.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi
Once you have income from your business I suggest contacting Business Debtline. They’ll help you factor in a potentially fluctuating income and business costs when you budget. They can then discuss suitable options for dealing with your debts.

If you’re not currently paying the CCJ you’ll be in default, which gives the claimant the option to use enforcement. You can prevent that by applying to the court for a variation, where they set affordable instalments. This factsheet goes into more detail:
