Never used the online service before but my experience has been faultless.
Ordered a large item last week for home delivery. We live in a rural area so first delivery was today. This is when we've had atrocious weather with gales and driving hail/sleet.
The delivery team sent a text with the delivery 'window' - they phoned when they got lost on the single track roads with no house numbers and turned up once they got directions. They carried the chest freezer through the farmyard, past very interested tups through to my back barn without a moan.
Very happy customer here.
