Hi all,
Im looking for a bit of help please.
I currently work in Kazakhstan and will be for the next 2 years, Im a staff employ and paid form there in USD. Im looking to move house and I'm struggling to find a mortgage company who will help out.
I currently have a mortgage with Accord Mortgages and my credit history is very good, the only issue I might have is that I don't have enough history. Im looking to purchase a house with a 15% deposit in Scotland.
If anybody can offer some advise or point me in the direction of a company who can help it would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance

I spoke with Accord but because my salary is paid in USD and it comes from outside the UK they can't use it as an income.
when I was younger and had no money it was easier to get a mortgage0 -
There are lenders that should do this. The pool is shallow following new regulations as most lenders have dropped not U.K. Income. A job for a broker.I am a Mortgage Broker
