Form C18

Hi ... does anybody know what the Form C18 is exactly?

My CRO phoned me today to say a Form C18 is being sent to my ex's former employers.

Other issues were discussed and I got lost with that one, so I forgot to ask him what it was for ... any ideas?

Thanks in advance

  • not sure what the form is...i note there are a couple of actual CSA employees here, who will no doubt be able to confirm. but if they are contacting the ex employer it could well be to verify what income he had at the time - or possibly to confirm if he is still working there?

    thanks NACSA CHAIR
HE is a SHE, actually. My ex wife left her employers apparently. As a result my CRO is sending them this C18, and I presume it is something to do with getting details of where she may have moved to.

I was going to phone back and ask, but quite frankly I am sick of the old routine, "Press 1 if you ....", you know the drift.

BTW ... NACSA? Have you anything to do with NACSA, are they worth forking out the £40? Obviously, I would expect an impartial view?!

    Cheers:beer:

  • A CSF318 is indeed a earning enquiry form that goes to the NRP's employer, it is the same as the old CSA155.
There is also a RD18 that is sent to National insurance for past years earning details.
    Nothing to see here
