Hi
Posted on mortgage thread but wondered whether people on here would know.
I have 13 yr mortgage fixed for 5 years with Nationwide. The 5 years is up in Feb and I have heard that if I pay off the mortgage in the last month of fixed rate I will not incur any charges. Anyone heard of this?
Thanks in advance for advice.
