    Certainly can be , depending on what you signed up to.

    Why would you suppose they won't chase you for the balance?

    Also - while it is too late now, in future you should obscure any reference numbers etc when you post images on here (or anywhere online). The internet never forgets and should they choose to do so, Opos can now link the account you use to post on here (and everything you say) to their account with them as you left your reference numbers on there.
