  • There are several companies, such as Provident, who will lend to "Higher risk" customers.

You say that your credit is bad / non existent. It can't be both of these.

If you have a history of missed / late payments, and or arrears, then you will be high risk and most mainstream lenders will not look to lend to you.

If your history is non existent, that is, no real credit in the past at all, then you should look to your own bank who will be more likely to lend to you.
Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right! :D
  • Bad credit would be the correct term for my situation then. Is there any credible lenders for larger amounts of money who can help me?

If you have money worries getting a high interest loan may not be the best solution as it'll cost more in the long run.

Have you spoken to shelter for help? They tend to give good avoiding eviction advice.

Are you private or council rent?

New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.
