Likelihood of Mortgage application being accepted

Ive just applied for a 95% first time buyer mortgage with Nationwide (total mortgage of £72,675) , Ive had my DIP accepted with no problems & the mortgage payment will only be roughly 27% of my monthly income. I have no debt and my only direct debits only amout to 4% of my monthly income. This was all done using a mortgage advisor.
My credit score is rated good (618 on Noddle) and is higher than the UK average. So im currently waiting to hear back from them once they have looked over my finances.
The one thing that i am worried about is the Electoral role, to which i was not registered (I have now applied for it) Will this have a negative effect?
I have already paid out £650 in non refundable fees for the mortgage advisor & for a home buyers survey on the property and im worring that they wont accept my income because of the electoral roll, I dont know if im just worrying because its a stressful situation.
Any input would be helpful

Does your supporting documentation match the data on the application?
If so, it'll be fine.
The voters' roll thing is about the DIP accept. If you have that, stop worrying about credit score and voters' roll,as that's now out of the way.I am a mortgage broker. I believe so, I went through an advisor so I could try and get it right the first time. I told them every thing they wanted to know. Thanks for the answer.0
