Problems with harrington brooks

Me and my partner got dupped into taking and IVA out with harrington brooks, When they told me i should take one out i informed them we were in the process of putting our house on the market and they informed me that the iva would not affect this. Which it did. since we have moved everytime i ask to talk to my practitioner i get told no that i deal with harrington brooks instead of him and even when i called to cancel in the cooling off period i got told i could not as paperwork had already been signed. Please help im not sure what my rights are regarding this.
