amazon dublin telephone number?

I have been dealing with a fella from amazon and the number is coming up as a dublin number but when i try to redial its obviously an extension number so cuts me off.
background is that an item did not turn up and this fella arranged a refund. but now, 10mins ago, the item turned up supposedly delivered to a wrong address 2 days ago. even though it should have been delivered on 30.11.16, was trackable and ended up 15 miles away at an address bearing no similarity to mine.
Even soi'm now trying to repay the refund but want to deal with the same person again.
any ideas?

Don't worry about it. Things like this happen all the time.
Just go to live chat or message Amazon directly (go to help (bottom of Amazon home page) then click more help tab and send a secure message -easy
just explain what happened. Don't waste your money with a telephone call
