My Final Pay Hasn't Arrived

Hi All!
I stopped working in Tesco 2 weeks ago and I should have got my final pay on last Friday. It hasn't arrived, so I called them yesterday and they told that their system showed that the payment had gone through and it should be on my account. I asked my bank and they said that they could see the payment but it had been reversed, so it didn't appear on my account. Obviously they don't know why Tesco reversed the payment, and Tesco didn't even mention that they reversed it for some reason. They tried to convince me that they did everything correctly.
What can I do now? Is the temporary statement that the bank printed out for me enough to prove that the money is not on the account?
What would you do?

Send them the statement definately without doubt. It's good that you've spoken to someone so go back to them.0
