OR interview on Monday

Hiya,
One month after bankruptcy and I have my OR interview on monday. I'm c**ping my pants a bit about it. I think it's because it seems so long ago that I went to court now, that i've kind of put it out of my mind.
I was just wondering into how much detail they go with what things were spent on, because to be honest I don't know mostly, it just got eaten up and spent on bits and pieces. Even when I looked at my statements I couldn't really tell where it had all gone.
My main concern is a £15000 loan I took out just over a year ago. £4000ish went on paying back a family debt- money lent to me when I was a student, £700 on a family holiday, another £4000 on making some improvements to my parents home (an office for my business, and decorating and fitting out a room for my daughter- we'd been sharing) another £1000 lent to my Dad- which he paid me back and another £4000 paying for fitting of laminate floor, putting up shelving and fitting out my shop. God knows where the rest went. But it did in a WEEK!
Would this get me a restriction? Obviously at the time I didn't have any intention to go bankrupt. I'm just really worried about it now.
Thanks
p.s. Could I just add, that since bankruptcy I have not paid full price for ANYTHING (actually I lie, apart from Vets bill). I have used offer codes, haggled, or just only bought things that are on offer. I know that it's a bit late now, but i've never felt better about spending money! It's quite satisfying! p.p.s. I'm not responsible for buying milk, that never seems to be on offer!

Hi whoopsy,
If you emphasise that the majority of the money went on a business and repairs and renewals on living accomodation then that's probably the best you can do.
The O.R may try to make something out of you repaying debt to family but you should emphasise that you were still solvent at that point and were in no way showing preference to your parents.
Another situation they see all too often is when people's debt reaches a certain %age of their salary then the only way the debt can be financed is by more credit. There's only one outcome to a debt spiral and the O.R's generally are not critical or judgemental to people who get caught in it.

I had my interview over the phone yesterday - it was no where near as bad as i thought it might be. In fact it only took half an hour - the OR just asked a few questions mainly stuff like - when did i take out each credit card and why. When did i start having problems paying the debts and what did i think was the main reason why i accumulated so much debt. He was really nice and tryed to keep me calm.0

Just be as honest as you can and if you can't remember - just say so - i did and he seemed to accept that as ok. I kept apologising for not knowing things like exact dates i took out cards and stuff and he was fine - kept telling me not to worry or be nervous.
Good luck - i'm sure you'll be fine.0 -

I've always fancied filling up my shopping trolley, letting the checkout assistant scan everything & then say "How Much For Cash"
Super Markets are the only place that we don't ask for a discount.
