  • Bloody hell Scorpio, your life is like a mirror of mine. I'm doing a second interview (first went extremely well) for a company I never heard of before and with a work setup (working from home and head office being some way from me) being similar to the place I am leaving and hate so much. I'm nervous about working for yet again another small company and questioning whether I should accept it even in a situation where I have nothing else

Its the people that make all the difference.

Go to the second interview and try and get a feel for what the people are like - are they people you think you can get along with and will understand what you need? Are they people that appear to be supportive if you require it?

Also, try not to let your old role cloud your judgement. Not all organisations or people are that bad.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
