In case anyone else has trouble, I tried using Last Pass and Google Auto Fill on this form and it immediately directed me to "We cannot find the page you're looking for" message. When I manually entered details, it went through fine.

• Holiday is subject to availability at time of booking. The winner must be one of the people who travel on the flight, as the prize cannot be transferred. The holiday must be booked within 4 weeks of winning.
• The prize does not include transfers, travel insurance, tourist cards or visas, spending money or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description. All such costs/expenditure will be payable by the winner and their travelling companion.
• No alternative holiday will be offered.
• Lionsgate reserve the right to offer an alternative hotel/destination at any time, to the equivalent prize value, insofar as it is permitted under its terms and conditions and the relevant law.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
