    I am keen to do that as I can manage the money in a defensive way.

    Have you considered defensively investing in it a product that will provide a guaranteed return for life which is (in most cases) 90% backed by the UK taxpayer, and pays a higher return than any other such defensive product available on the market?

    Forgive the facetiousness but at face value your objective sounds incompatible with your chosen solution.

    Depends what you consider "low fees", but not many IFAs are going to charge a low fee for an extremely high risk and unusually complex piece of work. The question is a bit too close to "Can anyone recommend a low cost car dealership to sell me a Rolls Royce".

    "High prices" for this business would mean something in the £10,000 region or higher.
