hey everyone need some help,
I am currently paying off a debt which was with O2 to lowells. Suddenly for no reason they have sent a letter to my grandmothers house. Now I have never lived at my grandmothers home and none of my post gets sent there. Also I have checked my credit file and her address is not on there.
My question is how did they get her address and how do i get them to stop sending post there please?
Thank you
