Has anyone had problems with this "free gift"? We used it and have now been charged instead of it coming off the voucher! Not a very good present if you ask me! Trying to get hold of customer service is a nightmare. Need Martin to have a word :-(

When did you attempt to use the credit? voucher expired 31st December I believe.

I couldn't see where to put the code in so just bought something but then rang them up and they recredited the 13.99 back on, no worries

I ordered secret life of pets and redeemed the voucher before Xmas no problems and received the DVD in the post yesterday. Post is delayed with bank hols so hope yours still arrives JIreland
