1. The promoter is: Feel Good, a division of Nichols plc, company no 00238303 whose registered office is at: Laurel House, Woodlands Park, Ashton Road, Newton-Le-Willows, United Kingdom, WA12 OHH
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of the promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person per day. Multiple entries from the same person daily on the same channel will be disqualified. Once a person has won, they and the friend they have tagged, cannot win again.
7. The competition runs from the 13th – 24th December with one winner chosen daily. The closing time for each daily competition is 23:59. The winner is announced before 12pm the following day. After 23.59 on 24th December, no further entries will be considered for the competition.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. 10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as follows: 2 Feel Good hampers per winner per day (one for the winner and one for the friend they have tagged). Once the winners have been revealed and been contacted by Feel Good, then Feel Good has 1 month in which to send out the prize to the winner and their friend..
12. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. In total, there are 12 pairs of hampers to be won.
13. The winners will be notified via Twitter/Facebook/Instagram by 12pm the following day. If the winner does not respond to the fact that they have won within 24 hours of the announcement – then another winner may be picked.
14. The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prizes can be collected / are to be delivered.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The hampers will be sent out on the first week of January 2017. Efforts will be made to deliver them through the most appropriate means necessary – whether by courier or registered post.

20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram or any other Social Network.

• The entrant must like the competition post referring to the Christmas Hampers.
• The entrant must also tag a friend in their comments for their friend to receive a hamper
