Help to buy overpayments

I have a help to buy mortgage with Halifax and want to make overpayments. I've heard Halifax do not charge any fees for doing this if overpayments are within 10% of the balance but I can't find any reference to this in my illustration, is it something only that applies to normal mortgages?

You should still be able to make overpayments.
