The anti stick paint in my sandwich toaster has gone so now when I toast a sandwich it sticks in the toaster and makes a mess when I remove it

Have you tried oiling it before use or buttering the outside of the bread?0

Just normal cooking oil, whatever you have. I use veg oil (even with the anti-stick coating). I'd go for something that doesn't taste of much, unless you want the sandwich to taste of it.0

I would also clean the rest of the "anti stick paint" off.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0

Oh please! Do you want somebody to come and hold your hand? This has just got to be a wind up - it is Friday after all!0
