Love2shop vouchers- virgin experience days help!

Hi I have love2shop(paper type vouchers NOT gift card) which I am trying to use at virgin experience days as the love2shop website tells me they accept them. When trying to pay with them it asks for a security number? I know this is on gift cards but i can not find them on the gift vouchers? can anyone help me? if anyone has used the paper love2shop vouchers with virgin experience days please give me dummy instructions on how to use them! also want to use them with a virgin gift card I have then pay the rest in cash is this possible? please help urgent for Christmas and the customer services is shut Thank you
