Nhs job offer reference help :)

Hi all. Long story short basically I applied and was successful on a job I applied for back in October, signed all the paperwork, had my crb check and medical check etc everything great apart from my references
. I've worked at the same place for 7 years and I put my personal manager and my department manager down as references. Personal manager has been great and did me a reference straight away but the same can't be said for my department manager
. she's not very happy that I can only do certain hours once I start my new job so has been dragging her heels and not completed the email reference! So I thought sod her and asked another manager to do me one, she's attempted to complete the email reference but it's asking her about crb check etc and I've never had one in my current job so she has no idea what to put and it won't let her leave the question blank so she can't send the email cause it's saying its incomplete. Any advice please?. Also, It's been 8 weeks since I signed my job offer which was subject to references. Will they withdraw my offer if they don't get my references after a certain time? I'm really worried cause I was looking forward to his job. thanks.

Can't she just put that it was not required for the role?
Do you need one for the new role? If not I don't see that it will be an issue what she puts; as long as it's truthful obviously.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -
yeah I've got one for my new role but never needed one till now and there's no option on the reference to put that. If she leaves it blank it just says incomplete and won't send.0

If you didn't need one for the previous job then the answer to the question is 'No'. I really don't understand the problem as you've had one for the new job.0
