Facebook Likes Prize Draw

1. Who can enter?
   • Entry to the Facebook Likes Prize Draws ("Prize Draw") is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over at the date of entry.
   • Employees of Virgin Money, their immediate family or anyone directly connected to the Prize Draw or operation of the Prize Draws are not eligible.
2. When can you enter?
   • There will be 6 Prize Draws throughout 2016, Entrants can enter between:
     1. Midday 9 January 2016 to Midday 29 February 2016
     2. Midday 29 February 2016 to Midday 29 April 2016
     3. Midday 29 April 2016 to Midday 30 June 2016
     4. Midday 30 June 2016 to Midday 31 August 2016
     5. Midday 31 August 2016 to Midday 31 October 2016
     6. Midday 31 October 2016 to Midday 30 December 2016
   • The 6 listed dates are the 'entry periods' for each of the Prize Draws.
3. How do you enter?
   • To enter the Prize Draw entrants will need to follow the link they receive from myvirginmoney emails and complete the form on the myvirginmoney.com website and Like Virgin Money on Facebook before midday on each of the closing dates in clause 2.
   • Only one entry per person per Draw is permitted.
   • Third party entries will not be accepted.
4. How will the winner be selected?
   • All valid entries will be entered into the Prize Draw selected by the entrant and one winning entry per Prize Draw will be drawn independently and at random.
5. What is the Prize?
   • The Prize will consist of an Apple Watch with a 38mm Stainless Steel Case with White Sport Band. Please note this requires an iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, 6, or 6 Plus and iOS 8.2 or later.
   • The prize is non-transferable.
   • No cash alternative will be offered
6. How do you know if you have won?
   • The winner of each Prize Draw will be notified by telephone or email within 10 working days of the closing date of each Prize Draw, or as soon after as possible.
7. What else do you need to know?
   • The winner will be responsible for meeting any additional costs associated with the Prize.
   • The Promoter's decision is final.
   • The Prize Draws are subject to English Law. Events may occur which render the Prize Draws itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond our control and, accordingly, we may in our absolute discretion vary or amend the Prize Draws and you agree that no liability shall attach to us as a result thereof.
   • The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to confirm their name and country of residence to other entrants. The winner's country of residence and name will be available upon request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Facebook Likes Prize Draw, Virgin Money plc, Discovery House, 4 Norwich Business Park, Whiting Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR4 6EJ.
   • Personal information provided by entrants will be used to administer the Prize Draw. The entrants agree that the personal information provided will be used by the Promoter to provide entrants with information about products or services that may be of interest to them. This may include information from other members of the Virgin group. The winner may be asked but is not under an obligation to participate in non-paid publicity.
   • You understand and agree that you are providing your information to us and not Facebook. By entering this Prize Draw, you release Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the Prize Draw. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Prize Draw must be directed to us, not Facebook.
8. Who is the Promoter?
