Time to get out of Payday Loan Hell

-
Unclebuck - the guys who lent me £80 one month and then £500 the next month to cover Wonga (at the time of applying, I had 8 payday loans already outstanding) have got back to me, not entirely sure if I should comply with this considering I have a FOS complaint outstandingWith reference to our previous correspondence, I am writing to confirm I am the Customer Relations Advisor responsible for your complaint. I will be conducting a thorough investigation and hope to provide my final response to your complaint as quickly as possible.
To assist with my investigation, please could you provide me with the following information:
- A copy of your credit file;
- A copy of your bank statements for the account details we hold on file, for the period during which you applied for the loans and re-paid them.
If you could provide the outstanding information to me no later than 14 days from the date of this email, I would be most grateful.
If you have any queries, or wish to discuss your complaint further, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely
Chloe Lee

Thank you for your email and for forwarding your contact received from Uncle Buck Finance.
At this stage I’m not able to comment on the information you should supply to the business in question as, given the business is allowed to investigate its’ own complaint, it would be in a position to ask you for any information it may deem necessary to investigate?
If you’re unsure of providing your information you might want to ask Uncle Buck to clarify its reasoning for asking for the information in question? Hopefully this will then allow you to be in a position to make an informed decision about providing the information or not.
I could provide my credit file for 2013 which would be an awful mess for them to look into but if they are after my current one, it's a lot better than it was 3 years ago.0
