Hi
I have a residential property and a buy to let property. Now they are both coming to an end or a mortgage deal and if I remortgage those property with affecting the title deed names, will there be any higher stamp duty charge for second home that I need to pay?

No there will not, as you already own them.
SDLT is paid on buying a house, not getting a mortgage.0 -

If you are talking about a transfer of equity, then yes, there are potential SDLT implications.
