HTB equity loan ATE - completion time lines

Hi all,
Looking for some advice if possible please. We are meant to be exchanging tomorrow with completion set for next Thursday on our sale and purchase. However we are using the HTB equity loan and on Tuesday whilst HTB were about to issue the authority to exchange they noticed the mortgage term on one of the forms was incorrect so they asked for an amended copy of the information form which was sent straight away.
I called them this afternoon to chase up and they advised that the current lead time is 3 days. After explaining the situation they were very helpful and said they will try and get this over tomorrow afternoon.
Question is, is next Thursday now to soon to get the authority to complete back from them too? Anyone know roughly how long it takes from authority to exchange until you can complete? We are desperate to be in pre xmas as we have been waiting since august.
