After some advice with repairing score and bank accounts

Hello,
I'm just after some advice and opinions.
I'm rebuilding my credit score and have almost paid off all my debts now, and I've been closing down old accounts too.
I'm now left with a barclays basic account and a NatWest reward account.
I'm unsure which one I should keep and which one to close.
I like how NatWest offered me a full current account when nobody else has done so I can use Apple Pay etc, but I like the Barclays app.
Should I close NatWest with the hope barclays will upgrade me sometime soon? Or should I stick with NatWest as seen as they have already let me have a full current account - will NatWest be the ones who will more likely approve me for any borrowing should I need it in the future?
I find barclays to be excellent though but NatWest just seem to offer me more.
