hi again i posted a soa a while back but things seems to be getting worse for me just now, i now owe ctc £2420 and am tyring to sort out a payment plan when they decide to answer the phone, but the main question i have is income support have reduced my benifit by £22 per week to clear an old loan from 3 yrs ago now this gives me £36 per week income support i am also waiting on ctc(again) to deal with my new claim but regarding the is issue do i tell them i am unable to make the payments and want them reduced or do i pay it off at the rate they want it is only at that level until november when the loan is cleared or do i make a reduced payment and pay the extra off a loan that is adding interest i cant post a new soa yet until i get my new ctc award.

Hello elly2
I'm sorry, elly, I can't help, I don't even know what ctc is...... but it *does* sound like income support are deducting a really high percentage of your money, so if you did decide to make an appeal, I'd've thought it had a high chance of success.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I thought that they could only take £3 a week off your benefits for loans of this type. Has this changed?I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
