    Just got mine, 5pm on Thursday, logged onto account don't wait for emails as they don't always come through very fast , so is Thursday at 5 the first slots this year?

    Keep trying, mine was the same, I decided to restart my laptop, logged into Next and the VIP option was there .....

    Make sure u log onto full site. My brother was on mobile site and couldn't see it til he went on desktop site.

    I didn't have one when I went into my account but when I went to next.co.uk/vip I was able to select a slot. If it's not showing up, maybe try that.
