just opened the post to see I've won a course of microdermabrasion or glycolic peels at a skin clinic. I think it was something I entered on nwdaily.co.uk. Anyone have any ideas what this is?:beer:

That is brilliant I would absolutely love that prize I remember the competition and had my fingers crossed so congrats
I think that both those treatments are aimed at anti-aging and are painless with minimal recovery time after treatment
Peel treatment will leave skin rejuvenated with softer smoother texture
Microdermabrasion is a deep cleanse to remove dead skin cells to reveal healthier looking skin after course of treatment
If it was me I am not sure what I would choose but probably would opt for the peels (am 38)
