Do I buy now or wait till after Xmas

We are having a new kitchen fitted in January and we need to purchase the appliances ie: Oven, Hob, Extractor etc.

We don't know if we should buy now (John Lewis seems to have the best deals) or wait till early new year for sales.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If you are buying all the appliances from the same place , you should be able to do some good haggling at the moment which you probably wont be able to do during a sale period

Didn't get a discount but they did give me a 28 day price promise so that if any of the items I ordered drop in Jan sales, I will get refunded.
