How to come up with a plan to tackle debt?

There is no MOT on it at the moment so I assumed I wouldn't get much at all. My brothers father in law is a mechanic and is looking at it for me this week to see how much it will cost to fix. If it will cost too much, then I will just have to sell it as it is. I'd rather get it looked at because if it will be worth quite a bit more by spending a little, I think it's worth it :-)


I'm being as frugal as I possibly atm, hopefully it pays off!
