Hi People, this is my first post so I hope someone can help
I went bankrupt in July and have had all my interviews with the OR etc and I've had the letter saying that I can keep my car. After I went bankrupt i had a pay rise 2 months later of £16.00 a week (at the same time my entitlement to Council tax and housing benefit went down becuase of the extra wages), does the official reciever need to know about my pay rise/benefit drop even though it was 2 months after my bankrupcy?
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

You need to let them know about any changes like this within 21 days - it was included in the list of duties and responsibilities that you signed and was filed at court.0

Yes, although the change in circumstance may seem minor, you are under obligation to let the OR know of any changes until you are discharged.BCSC Member 70:j
