I took out an unsecured loan with Halifax online in December 2011.
Due to unforseen problems, I had my income reduced and went onto an IVA.
To cut a long story short, last year I wrote to my lender for a copy of my credit agreement and I have some concerns with what they provided.
This is as follows:-
1. Incorrect address on the loan agreement
2. Wrong interest rate on the loan agreement
3. No signature box on the loan agreement where it should be on the last page of the document.
There were no terms and conditions provided under seperate cover.
It says on the loan agreement "BANK COPY" so its not a recon.
Can I ask if this agreement is even legal especially as it has come without a signature box being present.

Are you expecting different answers to what you'd been given on your previous thread?ScaredWitless wrote: »I took out an unsecured loan with Halifax online in December 2011.

It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... Perhaps the OP wants us to advise that the lender cannot enforce the loan, but I am 99% certain that the loan can be enforced. Loans are not that easy to wriggle out of. If you borrowed the money you're expected to pay it back.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

The only advice you need is to take the advice you have already had on your previous thread.0
