Topcashback - win not received

Hi
So finally had my largest win to date, well sort of, it hasn't been received.
Back on 18 Nov I was advised I had won a £100 Entertainer Gift Card in one of the hub competitions, yet to-date it has never been received, and when I politely chase through their Support Ticket service (which is a nightmare as it keeps kicking you out) I'm just told it has previously been ordered and they will send once they have received it - this as most recently as today.
I know for a fact it doesn't take the Entertainer this long to send out gift cards as I've ordered them in the past myself.
Things are really tight this end, so it would have been really nice to have had it in time for Christmas to purchase the children some Christmas Presents, but they don't appear to be in any hurry.
I know we should be grateful that they run these competitions, but surely if they don't want to give out the prizes then don't run them.
Any-one else had a win before with them? How long did it take?
Any advise would be appreciated.
Many thanks in advance

Unless they said otherwise the guidelines are prizes should be received "within 30 days"0

I have got a similar problem with mumsnet. I won a voucher prize on the 15 th September and I still don't have it. Their latest reasoning is that they are having problems with their voucher supplier and I will receive it in the next 2 weeks.
I'm not sure that there are many options other than keep in touch with them politely and wait or when you have had enough Waiting contact the ASA.0 -

I had a problem with Topcashback over a prize in last year's advent type comp. The messaging system seemed to take ages , it took two weeks for them to pass my message on to the person dealing with the prize. I did get my prize eventually but only with persistence.0
