Class 3 NI contributions

I went online to see my State pension forecast. In a few of the years I am missing contributions. I am wondering how exactly do I make these up? Is there a specific form that I can fill out online and give references on that form pertaining to specific years I want to make up, and then pay online? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

https://www.gov.uk/pay-voluntary-class-3-national-insurance/by-post is probably the easiest way.
Are you certain that paying these pre 2016 missing years will make a difference to your pension amount.0 -

I do not have a chequebook. I want to either pay online with my debit card or receive a bill so I can pay at a post office. I am certain that it will make a difference. Thanks for your help thus far.0 -
Give them a call and they can send a bill

Thank you, I will.0 -
I would check if paying this will benefit you - there is no rush to pay, unless you reach SRA shortly you have until April 2019 to pay. If you post up your figures there are several here who can sense check them.0
