Data Protection

Options
Hi all,

I slapped Erudio with a Statute Barred letter by email.

They have requested I confirm DoB, first line of address, and full name for Data Protection.

Shall I send them this information? Am I in a world of hassle if I do?

TIA!

    Hi,

You dont "have" to provide any details to them.

But, if you want the matter resolving, it will just go round and round the mulberry bush until you do.

If you had sent a written response in the form of a letter, including the above information, we wouldn't be having this conversation, as it would most likely of satisfied there data protection rules.

  • Haha, fair play, I forgot one normally puts one's address on a written letter!

    Thank you Sourcrates :)
