Iv eorked there since feb. Went live on phones in march. Now my scores were always good until my team moved to a different area. I had 4 weeks training on the product that i expert in and my scores were brilliant. Then due to demand we moved to this new product and had 4hrs training!!! Which really should of been 2 full days. But to how busy it is they had to move us fast. I have tried to ask the manager if we can change those scores but its quite deep into the system and tbh i dont think they know how to fix it. My manager is brilliant btw i can tell when we talked this was something that came from above and has had to enforce it. Its just not nice to hear this sort of stuff right before xmas. My manager knows that the area we're in is difficult atm but its like there trying to push us further. At the end of the day we are on the front line taking the crap from customers and this is how they repay us. It feeks like its coming from both sides. i have been a manager before in a diff industry in retail i was in that for 10 years and i new how to get the best out of my people and would never threaten them as it has a negative effect.0
