In the event that RBS have to payout compensation in the ongoing court case about the 2008 rights issue - how would that income be declared to HMRC, it was mine originally and RBS took it fraudulently - IMHO!

This may be of relevance, it's not compensation awarded by the FOS in this case but I can't see why it should be treated any differently.
